SHIN’s Vision
Shin was founded with the aim of achieving equal representation of women in all power centers in Israel. This aim was conceived as means of changing society in a way that will promise social justice to all groups and communities in Israel.
Women’s upbringing trains them to care for others and as adults they carry out public education, nursing and welfare. They are closely familiar with taking care of children, the elder and other dependents. Therefore, women in decision making positions and with access to public resources will introduce the care for the underprivileged and a more human approach to the leadership of society.
